QualMaster builds innovative systems and software to improve recruitment processes.  Such systems include: the “Candidate Management System” (which simplifies the recruitment process for employers to a few clicks), online recruitment portals (such as QJumpers), talent pools, candidate assessment, candidate profiling (user friendly psychometric tests) and online employment readiness programmes (such as www.GetSet.ac.nz).

Through Adventure Education we provide this high quality, NZQA approved, management course. Available either full-time (26 weeks) or part-time (54 weeks). Qualify with the NZIM Certificate in Management (NZIM Cert Mgt) awarded by the New Zealand Institute of Management (NZIM).

The course is provided by correspondence so you can fit it around your schedule. You can learn from the comfort of home, or at the beach, or at a cafe whilst sipping a coffee - anywhere in New Zealand, anytime. You will learn about management, marketing, communication, research, finance, human resources, problem solving, and decision making. Check the website to see if you qualify for zero fees.
